So my opinion on that’s, do not be the pickup artist at work. If you have a feminine customer that you really want, opt for it, however be respectful, and do not let your boss see you NOT working.

Be social, but not needy.
Go slow, and be discreet.
Don’t date more than one woman at a time at work, and do not let it interfere with your job performance.
